We do our best to keep in stock all items we sell. Occasionally items can and do become back ordered. We may hold your order until it can be filled if there is no appropriate substitute for the item(s) ordered. In the interest of timely processing, shipment, and delivery, if we can substitute an item of equal or greater value in place of an out of stock item, we will do so. This includes, but is not limited to, item options such as size, style, brand, or color. Please tell us on the order form if substitutions are unacceptable. We will honor your request and only ship in stock exactly matching ordered items.

 All orders leave in excellent condition in tough packaging, fully insured; therefore we can no longer be held responsible for damaged product or shortages. If boxes are damaged you must alert the driver at the time of delivery for this to be noted on the delivery or freight record. In the event of a shortage in your shipment you must contact us with in 24 hours. We will check our inventory to determine if the shortage was made at our facility or was due to shipper theft. In most cases shortages are due to shipper theft and can be reimbursed to you by contacting the shipper directly. You must make any claims with the carrier for any shortages or damaged product with in 24 hours of receipt; keep all boxes and packaging for inspection by the carrier. In most cases the carrier will fully reimburse the receiver in the event of damage or shipper theft.
